Our menus share the secrets of the legendary grill-masters of the Algarve. Staying true to our roots, we only ever grill over wood-charcoal, an unmistakable flavour that defines what we do at Casa do Frango.
Using an age-old recipe, our Frango Piri-Piri honours authentic Algarvian cooking techniques, flavour, and experience. These sit alongside sides and sharing plates inspired by traditional Portuguese cuisine, including a range of plant-based dishes.
Continuing our love affair with classic Portuguese dishes, our dessert menu celebrates national icons including Pastéis de Nata – made fresh on-site every day – and dishes that remind us of home, like our classic Chocolate Mousse, which signals the end of every good meal enjoyed in the Algarve.
We are proud to serve an entirely Portuguese wine list, from the rich reds of the Douro Valley to the wonderfully acidic world of Vinho Verde, including our very own Boa Pinga – the first wine from Casa do Frango – a lightly effervescent Vinho Verde from Monção. And of course, not forgetting Portugal’s most famous export, Port, of which we have a selection to suit aficionados and first-timers alike.
Infusing the classics with a little Portuguese spirit, our cocktails celebrate traditional drinks like Ginjinha – a sour cherry liqueur from Lisbon – the heart of our Casa Negroni. All our cocktails can be enjoyed in the restaurant, or for a cosier affair, head into our hidden speakeasy cocktail bar, The Green Room at Casa London Bridge.
